About Me
I'm Micaela Hall.
Pleased to meet you.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love of horses and since I was nine years old, you haven’t been able to keep me away from them. Starting my career in 4H gave me the stepping stones for my future. Desperate to learn as much as I could about the industry, I trained in the hunter/jumper circuit, managed a top level English disciplined facility, interned with an NRHA trainer, and pursued further education with a college degree. After graduating from Lamar Community College with an AAS degree in Horse Training and Management, I began my professional career as an owner/operator of my own performance horse business. For the next ten years, offering boarding, training, and lessons to the public, I continued to expand my knowledge and experiences. Always wanting to learn more, I found opportunities with an NRHA trainer, a world renowned AQHA western pleasure trainer, and hauled horses professionally for many years. Ultimately, I found my true passion in the world of rodeo on the back of a barrel horse.
Nowadays. . . .
Nowadays you will find me exploring the mountains with my husband and our mini Aussies, running barrel horses at a jackpot or rodeo, relaxing at our home in eastern Colorado, or selling trailers at Transwest Trailer Sales. Currently two years into my job there, I enjoy getting to know my customers and setting them up with a trailer to suit their specific needs.
Along with continuing to serve my customers at Transwest, I am looking forward to helping even more people through equine insurance. I have first hand experience with major vet bills, both while having and not having insurance. I am eager to share those stories, relate on a personal level, and help you understand the benefits of coverage. I strive to provide the best customer care and make any difficult times a little bit easier.
